Race

The critical lens theory of race/racism revolves around the idea that race plays a key role in which a person or "group/race" of people have in a society or culture due to their ethnic background. This idea ties into three main ideas of law, power, and levels of race. However, when analyzing the critical lens theory of race, some may ask "is white supremacy and racial power maintained over time?" and "does the law have a role in the functioning basis of race?"
