This image highlights the idea that racism is constantly faced by people of color. Also conveying that its normally the police doing the racist acts. While many black men and women are not thought to own, their own luxury items or a home for that matter, police constantly assume they are stealing from someone who does have these things, such as the white man.
I totally agree with you, black people are seen as less or inferior to many. Often linked to many crimes and murders that occur in the United States.
