The Racist Bully
This cartoon of a man of color being asked for a permit, while the white man sits beside him doing the same thing, is not asked a single thing, really reveals a deeper message. This reveals something about today's society and that while one race may commit a certain crime, the other race will get more heavily punished due to skin color and ethnicity. Just look at specific murder cases and how white men got off on killing's because they played the self defense card, when in reality there was no harm done to them.
I agree with your idea of this picture. The black man is being questioned for not having a permit while the white person who doesn't have a permit as well isn't being asked. I also agree with what you were saying that this picture has a deeper message and how whites who commit the same crime as a black man don't get the same treatment in terms of how they are being punished.
